Installing Vesta

To use Vesta, download a free trial license or purchase the software on our website. Visit our website to learn more about available license options.

System Requirements

Vesta is available as a single seat license that can be installed on up to three machines. Our team also offers multi-user (floating) license options for lab or shared usage.

Vesta can only be installed on Windows operating system, and requires Windows 10 or later versions. The installation file can be downloaded on any device (computer, mobile, tablet). License information is sent to the email address used at purchase. License information can also be retrieved on BioMedware's Store Account Management page.

Note that once Vesta is installed, the software performs a license verification every 7 days. This occurs seamlessly and only requires internet connection. If internet connection is not available at the schedule verification time, a grace period is permitted until the user can connect to the internet.

Software Updates

Any current users of Vesta will have their software automatically update when a new version is released (internet connection is required.) No action is needed on part of the user. All updates are available within a license period.

Installing and Licensing Vesta Instructions

1. Get Free Trial or purchase Vesta

If you have not already done so, complete an online Vesta order at the BioMedware Store page.

2. Enter shipping information

A window with prompts to enter shipping information will appear. These fields are required even for a free trial license.

3. Enter your contact information.

A window will appear with fields to enter your contact information. Your information is kept private, per our Privary Policy. Your email will be added to a BioMedware subscriber list, from which you are welcome to unsubscribe at any time.

Please enter a valid email address as you will need to verify your email address in order to receive your license key.

4. Order completed

An order confirmation message with your order number will appear on the screen.

5. Verify email address

You will be sent an email message to the address you entered in the previous steps. Please click on the link in the email message to verify your email address.

6. Email verified

After clicking the link in the email message, you will be redirected to an email confirmation page.

7. License key

You will received an email with your order invoice information, and a second email with your license information. The second email will have an attachment with your license key.

You can also access your license key from the BioMedware's Store Account Management page. Enter your email address and you will be emailed a one-time access code that you will enter on the store page when prompted.

You will be able to view your license code online.

8. Installing Vesta

Click on the "Download Vesta" banner to download the software executable. Find the .exe file in your downloads folder and double-click to open. You will see the following window.

Clicking install will begin the installation of Vesta on your machine.

9. Licensing Vesta

Once the installation completes, Vesta will open a prompt to enter your license key. The license key is in the email message with the license key in an attachment, or you can copy the license key from the BioMedware's Store Account Management page.
