Calculate Besag and Newell's Statistics

Choose Besag and Newell from "Case-Pop Method" in the Methods menu. For SpaceStat to calculate the Besag and Newell statistics, it needs to know for which datasets at which time(s), the threshold cluster case count to use,  and how to name the results datasets. You need to have a point geography to use Besag and Newell. If you do not, generate a centroid geography from your polygons first.
